The Lake Ridge New Tech Schools Board of School Trustees will hold an Executive Session on Monday, June 8, 2026, at 5:00 P.M., followed by the Regular Board Meeting at 6:00 P.M. at the Education Center.

Huge congratulations to the talented student artists at Calumet New Tech High School! 🎨🏆

Our students participated in the Tri-County Art Show in Munster, bringing home some incredible honors out of over 800 works of art:

✨ People’s Choice Award: Calumet won by a landslide for our massive 6-foot cookie sculpture! A huge shoutout to the collaborative team of 7 students who spent countless hours bringing this to life.

🎓 Scholarship Winner: Freshman Arion Dixon received a $350 scholarship to the College for Creative Studies for her amazing "Tiny Treats" air-dry clay collection.

🖌️ Individual Recognition: Sophomore Julia Jukahowski earned a monetary award and ribbon for her powerful digital piece, "Petals for the Departed."
