HDAC is a community resource base, and a basic computer training center. In the future, it will offer small business administrative services.
It conducts workshops and offers free access for small organizations to have community meetings.

UPDATE: Robyn Hogan was last seen wearing a purple Crown Royal jacket, black pants and purple head wrap. She last known to be in the 400 block of Dallas Street approximately 2:30 am on September 17, 2019.Robyn is known to frequent the midtown area especially near 15th Av and Broadway.
