Met this fierce siren on a cold December day in 2012.
Didn’t know then we’d be thick as thieves,
Sailing through storms, abandoned buildings, and breaking rules.
Now here we are... captains of our own chaos,
Owning every ruin like treasure we buried ourselves.

Before I fell in love with stills, I was chasing moving frames.
This was one of my short films — Emily.
Zero budget. Full blown drama.
Family, friends, fake blood, and two cameras.
We turned a living room into a horror set,
a bathtub into a crime scene,
and our block into a playground of chaos.

Editing? Not for me.
But the memories? Pure gold.
I met my best friend on this re-shoot.
We all laughed between takes, screamed mid-scene,
and gave a whole new meaning to hood horror.

Movies felt different back then…
Because it was us. All crew. All cast. All heart.

I used to just want to photograph faces.
Eyes. Lips. Cheeks.
The parts people try to conceal or highlight —
I wanted to catch them mid-blink, mid-smirk, mid-thought.

I fell out of love with photography
when other lenses started to mimic my angles.
My contrast. My quiet. My shadows. My spaces.

At first, it stung.
But then I remembered:
They don’t see what I see.
They faded.
I stayed.

Started in 2016.
Learned how to own it in 2020.
Still capturing pieces of people.
Still giving them back, whole.

Back when I didn’t overthink angles or aesthetics.
Just light, energy, and trust.
She brought fire wrapped in softness... like fall itself.
There was no pressure, just presence.

Somewhere between fallen leaves and early chill,
we made a connection that yielded years of creativity.

This trip was too layered to unpack in a single post.

Day one felt like a reset.
I walked through Reykjavik with a camera, shooting strangers, locals, light, and shadow. I got caught staring at architecture like it was moving. It felt ancient and futuristic at the same time.

Iceland might be the only place that’s ever made me feel grounded. Not small, not lost — just still.

Zebra print, shadows, and smoke—caught somewhere between elegance and rebellion.
Shot this in a quiet Roman hallway, but it feels like a scene from a film I’ve never seen… yet somehow remember.

Shoots are completely different when the client pics locations based in your entire body of work. Made my job easy lol.
Congrats class of 2025!

It's extremely stressful photographing a wedding.
There are no do-overs.
You either get the shot or you don't.
I'm grateful for all who trust me to capture their special moments.
