You have been given everything you need for this season. Walk confidently in your ability to lead, guide, and impact your scholars. Your voice, your presence, and your work carry weight.

Parents, I understand that many of you are exploring school alternatives, and there is nothing wrong with seeking the best for your child. However, it is important to have a clear standard.

Make sure the educators are highly qualified or actively working toward certification with the proper support in place. Ensure that there is a well-developed curriculum that promotes student engagement, critical thinking, and meaningful learning experiences. Look for alignment across core subjects and special classes so that your child is receiving a cohesive education, not a fragmented one.

Do not make decisions based solely on what sounds appealing. Education is an art and a science. There is a reason trained educators spend years developing the skills needed for proper instruction, pacing, assessment, and student engagement. These elements are not optional; they are essential.

EDsquire Legacy Learning LLC will continue to sow, work, and prepare, knowing that people plant and water, but God gives the increase (1 Corinthians 3:6–7).

EDsquire Legacy Learning LLC will keep its hands to the work morning and evening, trusting that in time the seeds will grow (Ecclesiastes 11:6).

Unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain, so this vision is committed fully to Him (Psalm 127:1).
