💙 Today is Wear BLUE Day!
As Men's Health Month comes to a close, let's remind the men in our lives—and ourselves—that taking care of our health is not a sign of weakness. It's a sign of strength.
Wear blue. Schedule that checkup. Start the conversation.
Your health matters.
06/25/2026
Tomorrow is Wear BLUE Day! Join us in raising awareness for men's health by wearing blue and encouraging the men in your life to prioritize their health. Check in and ask them to:
*Schedule a checkup
*Talk to a friend or father
*Know your numbers (blood pressure, glucose, cholesterol)
*Prioritize mental health

Men's health is more than annual screenings. It's physical health, mental health, substance use recovery, stress management, and asking for help when you need it.
Care doesn’t happen alone.
Men’s health is shaped by relationships — partners, families,
caregivers, friends, & communities at every stage of life.
When men are supported via connection, education, & shared
advocacy, they seek care, stay engaged, & live healthier, longer lives.
This Men’s Health Month, we’re recognizing care as a partnership— because stronger connections lead to stronger health outcomes.

💧 Happy National Hydration Day! 💧
Staying hydrated is one of the simplest ways to support your physical health, mental well-being, energy, and focus—especially during the summer months.
Whether you're heading to work, spending time outdoors, or keeping up with active kids, don't forget to make water part of your daily routine.
Looking for a fun way to build healthy habits as a family? The National PTA offers a free **Hydration Tracker**to help children and adults keep track of their daily water intake and stay on track together.
Small habits can make a big difference. Grab your water bottle, refill often, and make hydration a family affair!
