Does anyone know who’s beige/yellow cat this is that is around a lot?

As I’m sure you’ve all seen, we have installed a new fountain in the front pond. The old one was not strong enough enough to keep it clean so it kept clogging with algae and overheating the motor. This new pump will hopefully take care of that problem.

I fixed the old pump and wired the fountain to the large pond. I think it looks a lot better in that pond anyways!

As for fishing in the ponds. That is for homeowners only. If you would like guests to fish at the pond, you MUST be with them. Our insurance specifically states that it covers homeowners of the hoa, not public use. We have had many people fishing lately at our ponds that do not live there. Most are saying they have permission from a resident which is not allowed. We have had kids damage property, use casting nets, and filling coolers with fish and leaving. These ponds is catch and release only. We have spoke with law enforcement and lawyers to make sure we are doing the right thing and protecting ourselves from lawsuits.

Let’s keep our ponds safe, stocked, and well taken care of. Mike Dewitt has been taking very good care of the ponds, so please thank him if you see him!

Curt Custer will have guys out this week and next week to repair the drainage in the field to get rid of our 3rd pond! It should cut down on the mosquitos and frogs! Hoping the get the ponds treated next week as water temperature need to be above 60 to be effective and get the aerators moved to the center of the pond! Hoping to use Brook Johnson kayak again!
