HO Scale Model Trains The HO scale model railroad layout occupies approximately 30 by 60 feet of the basement of the Garrett Historical Society Museum.
The layout has about 7 scale miles of track, which typically takes 20 minutes
for a train to complete a run around. Prototypical operations are duplicated with the aid of a computerized system (DCC) which controls the layout. Members meet on Thursday nights at 7:00 PM to work on the layout, operate trains, and discuss model railroading and railfanning.
