Chief's Log: Star Date: 160: 2026: Next Saturday & Sunday will be doing Team swiftwater training at Weldon as we do every June. Any water folks out there are welcome to come join us.

Chief's Log: Star Date: 157: 2026: Had dive training this past Saturday at Lake Wheeler. Recovered a metal table someone had thrown in the lake (that was used in the park) that we knew was there from last year finding it. Told the park we would retrieve it for them for training. Also used the ROV and will post that video later.

Chief's Log: Star Date: 142: 2026: Did boat operations training this weekend, which on Saturday was putting two new boats in service, one new motor and taking two older boats out of service, as well as running and checking all the equipment. You may notice in the pics we had several "small" Supervisors onsite to ovelook our work. Saturday was at lake Wheeler doing boat manuevers and MOB drills.

Chief's Log: Star Date: 111: 2026: We started the LSFTM (land Search Field team member) class last month up at Kerr Lake. We finished the class this past weekend at Medoc Mountain State Park. They did their overnight sleeping in their makeshift shelters, and finished up their skills. Five Park rangers and 7 team members are now certified. It was a great weekend for the class as well. The Lord did us well.

Chief's Log: Star Date: 095: 2026: Another successful Stabilization University in the books this past weekend. Had a full class both days and a lot of fire departments represented. Had Chris Pasto ( the inventor of Res-Q-Jack ) down from Res-Q-Jack to help with the classes. These pics are from Saturday and the next post will be from Sunday.

Chief's Log: Star Date: 055: 2026: We sold the demo Steel X rescue Jack struts but still have the Aluminum X set. If you are interested, we are dropping the price by over 1K. After this they will stay on our trailer if not purchased. IM or text if interested.

It's been 25 years now selling the Rescue Jack stabilization struts in NC & SC with Emergency Apparatus. Ed has been great to work for and a good friend. The folks at Rescue Jack build an excellent product used for saving lives. They have been great to work with all these years as well. I decided to have a quilt made for myself with shirts I have gotten over the years. Shannon did an excellent job for me, as I expected no less.
