Need music for your treatment days but not sure what to use? Get on your favorite music app and type in Ketamine playlists, there's plenty!

When undergoing Ketamine or Spravato treatments it can be a vulnerable experience! We suggest you bring several comfort items to help with your journey, but we do have some in clinic in case you forget :)

A 5-session skills-based parenting group for caregivers navigating big emotions. Drawing on DBT, the Nurtured Heart Approach, and attachment science — this group gives you real tools for real life.
