Someone said it was I waited many years for my princess!! And I’m soaking up every bit of it!!

At it again! One of my favorite moments are when partners ask questions and express their concerns! Giving them extra assurance that they have the tools to get through this is heart warming!!

My baby girls face says it all!!! Let’s listen folks! Let’s get in the muck with those we say we love offer care about!!!

For years I didn’t eat breakfast! I always felt nauseous and would wait so long to eat. I lost no weight but gained and didn’t have the education on macros and hormones pre and postpartum! Now I’m including macro rich foods in the morning to fuel my day and I’m maintaining! After this week of meals I’ll be adding body weight exercises back in (work is all the cardio I need)

Super rainy and busy day! Down 2 pounds and will measure tomorrow! A life saver for me is having a non perishable carton of chocolates or regular almond milk to take with me to jobs!

Sometimes you need a fresh start! With a busy mind I have to choose to block out the noise and focus on one thing. Right now would be when I would be thinking about my million mile list! But in order to start tackling that list with minimal anxiety I need this time to center.

Using my quiet times to get back into the things I was created to do!
