Learning Today to Lead Tomorrow! Timber Drive Elementary opened in July, 1997, as a year round school in Garner, North Carolina.
Our mascot is the Timberwolf and our school colors are blue and green. We are proud to offer a rigorous curriculum that is differentiated to meet the individual needs of our students. In addition to focusing on our core curriculum, our students enjoy a variety of extracurricular activities and clubs. These include Battle of the Books, Kindness Club, Safety Patrol, Chorus, and others. We are proud

Day 2 and our Timberwolves brought the color! Tomorrow is Day 3: “Wild about learning!” Wear animal print, Timber gear, or school colors!

Today we loved seeing all the concert shirts! Tomorrow is day 2 of Rock the EOG spirit week and it is “Band Together!” Each grade level will wear different colors.
Kinder: BLUE
1st: RED
2nd: GREEN
3rd : ORANGE
4th: YELLOW
5th : PURPLE

EOGs begin Friday with 5th grade science and we are going to rock them! This week is Rock the EOG spirit week! Tomorrow is Rockstar day. Wear a T-shirt from a concert, city or a place you’ve “toured “.

What an extraordinary event our spring pack night was! It was exhilarating to see all of our families. Thank you to all the community support, Southeast Raleigh High School band, Ms. Brennan, and all of our incredible staff and of course our Timber families.

Tonight we honored our phenomenal Teacher Assistant of the Year, Ms. Melissa Schmidt. Ms. Melissa serves in our ECS 2 classroom. She is a diligent worker who loves all of her students unconditionally. We are truly grateful, fortunate, and thrilled to have Ms. Melissa as part of our Timber family! Congratulations.
