About the Role

As a Division Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage project performance, and lead a skilled team in delivering high‑quality concrete cutting and demolition services.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee division operations and project ex*****on
Manage and support field crews and supervisors
Ensure safety standards and compliance
Build and maintain client relationships
Monitor budgets, schedules, and job costing
Drive business development and growth
Qualifications

3+ years of management experience (construction or concrete cutting preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Understanding of project management and job costing
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Dynamic Concrete Cutting performing some selective demo on an unsafe structure. Our operators were tasked with hammering failing precast panels being careful to not damage the surrounding panels or the cast in place pedestals. The finish product allows for the GC to be able to fly new panels in place with very little prep work. Having the right tools and skilled operators makes all the difference for a smooth job.
