Fit For Life will open at our normal time of 5:30am on Monday, January 24th. However, our 8am Senior Sculpt class has been cancelled for the 24th. Donna will fill in for Linda and teach the 9am Senior Sculpt class this Monday.

Fit For Life will remain closed Saturday, however, we will resume a normal operating schedule on Sunday, January 23rd and will be open from 1pm-5pm.

We hope everyone enjoyed their snow filled Saturday!

Fit For Life closed at 5pm today, Friday, January 21st due to the inclement weather. We will reopen ASAP! Tomorrow's 9am Bootcamp Class has been cancelled and we are uncertain as to what time if at all that we open tomorrow. We will keep you updated.

Labor Day Weekend Holiday Schedule

The Saturday Morning (09/04) 9am Bootcamp Class has been cancelled.

The Monday Morning (09/06) 8am Senior Sculpt Class has been cancelled.

We will have the 9am Senior Sculpt Class on Monday, Sept 6th as normally scheduled.

6:15pm on Tuesdays!

This class includes exercises that are designed to train and develop your muscle strength so that you can perform your everyday tasks and activities safer and easier. Functional fitness also emphasizes core stability, balance, agility and increased muscle strength. All levels welcome!
