6 am this morning my girl Fay was killing it. I'm so proud of her.
Fay brought her son a couple of years ago to get him in shape for high school tennis; he since got a scholarship to play tennis in college.
Fay decided to use up her son's remaining sessions; that was a year and a half ago, and she's still working out with me.
She has lost some weight and is in the best shape since college.

We have choices in life; we can choose to take care of ourselves or just let life take its course.
1) We can choose to work out, strength train, get enough cardio, and prioritize protein to build muscle with a healthy diet.
2) Let life decide for us by eating whatever we want, saying 'you only have one life to live,' and not spending time taking care of our bodies by moving daily.
The doctor and hospital will have the last say in your life.

Good morning, world. After sleeping for 5 hours while watching the New York Knicks beat the Spurs, I'm tired, but it was worth it.
I have 5 clients on my schedule this morning; coffee will be my friend this morning.

Every day you skip your workout, your body charges you interest.
Time won't give you time; time waits for no one. Stop using time as an excuse not to work out; make time to work out.

A fall at 60 can be deadly with low muscles and low bone density.
Strength training can and will improve your muscles, strength, stamina, endurance and longevity.
Walking 2 miles every morning doesn't build muscles, help your joints, bones, and overall health.
Don't be ignorant about strength training by walking your life away.
Strength training is the new cardio.
Most women decline after the age of 50, women who strength training improved their lives after 50.
Muscles is the organ of longevity.
