A bag of clothing comes in. Volunteers sort it through a detailed, one-of-a-kind process, with multiple quality checks at every stage. When a school counselor needs something for a student, they don't browse a shelf. They place an order, and we fulfill it.

That's what volunteers make possible. Every step of it.
