Building a community for Hararis in the Dallas metroplex. The following are the purpose and objectives for which this organization has been organized.
(A) Bringing together all Harari who abide by HCDC bylaws. (B) Teaching our culture and heritage to our children and all Harari. (C) To promote and provide financial, moral, and social assistance, including burial for all active HCDC members. (D) Establishing relations between Harari at home and abroad.
