Try creating space this week to:
✨ spend intentional one-on-one time with each child
✨ ask thoughtful questions and truly listen
✨ talk through difficult emotions and experiences together
✨ model honesty and vulnerability in age-appropriate ways

Children learn emotional safety when they know their thoughts, feelings, and questions are welcomed with love. Sometimes healing, trust, and connection begin with something as simple as sitting together and talking.
