Yeah… I can love a man, spoil a man, and build a life with a man —
but I will never be a wife again.
I’ve learned my lessons, earned my peace, and I’m keeping both. I'm married to myself.
Boyfriend energy only. Husband? That position has been permanently eliminated.

If you're new here—this is Mission 22. I've been a proud for 11 years and their mission is my mission too:
We exist to end Veteran su***de.
We focus on Veterans, family, and community.
We walk with Veterans and their families through PTS, TBI, and trauma-related challenges.
Through structured support.
Through post-traumatic growth.
Through coaching, accountability, and purpose-driven recovery.
No shortcuts. No slogans.
Just real people, doing the work together.
If you’re here, you’re already part of the mission.
Let’s keep showing up.

Every bead in my work is hand‑selected — one by one. I reject anything deformed, coated, plastic, or fake. I only use organic materials, real bone, wood, shell, stone, and sterling silver (plus my trusted India silver bells). Nothing else makes it into a BanditCraftTX piece.
Quality, intention, and authenticity — that’s the promise behind every item I create, and I stand behind my craftsmanship completely. For those of you that don't know, I'm highly allergic to most metals and have to be very careful what I touch and what I wear. I have to make most of my own jewelry if I want something fashionable for work or fun.
Most fashion jewelry and accessories are no longer real leather, organic beads, or natural shells and gems. That's what I'm bringing to the table with a 1 year unlimited warranty on jewelry, forever unlimited warranty on rings, and with the 100% satisfaction guarantee, no questions asked.
I'm here to help you and raise awareness for veteran support programs like Mission22. I am an ambassador and have resources for veterans struggle the war at home in their minds. I was a military granddaughter, daughter, spouse, and remain a widow. I'm currently writing my memoirs, 300+ pages so far. Know any publishers I should reach out to?

Throwback Thursday — A parrot, two dogs, four chickens… and somehow this was my household 14 years ago.
Looking back, it feels unreal that this was my everyday normal — feathers, fur, chaos, and a whole lot of heart.
Life was loud, messy, and beautifully simple in ways I didn’t even understand at the time.
Hard to believe this was the chapter before Drake, before the world flipped and rebuilt itself into something entirely different.
Funny how a snapshot can pull you right back into a moment you didn’t know you’d miss.

Spirit of resilience woven into every knot.
Each piece tells a story — of grit, craft, and the quiet strength that comes from building something with your own hands.
Natural materials, raw edges, and the kind of detail that doesn’t just decorate — it means something.
Built for those who carry their mission everywhere they go.

THROWBACK THURSDAY — This is Laverne. She was part of our family, my fate, and a burned memory of a space and time where nothing else mattered.
She carried our dreams, our hustle, our long nights and early mornings. She was the booth, the shelter, the getaway car, and the heartbeat of a chapter where life was simpler, louder, wilder, and somehow softer all at once.
I can still smell the gas, the h**p cord, the campfire mornings. I can still feel the way strangers became friends under that little awning, how every handmade piece had a story, and how every mile taught me something about survival and soul.
Laverne wasn’t just a camper — she was a season of life. A reminder that even in the chaos, there were moments of pure freedom that shaped who I am today.

Easter, March 18th.
Just three months ago she was standing, smiling, talking… still a little piece of sunshine in the room, although pleasantly confused.
Now she’s in a wheelchair, her speech slipping away, and I’m watching my mom fade in real time. There’s no handbook for this part — the part where you hold on to who she was while learning to love who she’s becoming, even as the light dims.
Behind the scenes, this is another difficult chapter I’m slowly walking through. I’m grateful for every moment, every memory, every glimpse of the woman she used to be.
If you’re caring for a family member that is terminally ill, or watching someone you love slowly disappear, you’re not alone. I see you.

Running on nothing but coffee today — like, literally.
No food. No water. Just pure caffeine and determination holding this whole operation together.
If you see me moving fast, mind your business. If you see me moving slow, also mind your business.
It’s Hump Day and coffee is the only thing keeping the frontier spirit alive.

Ten years ago, this little dude was just learning how to swing — tiny club, tiny stance, big confidence.
Crazy how fast time flies, but one thing hasn’t changed… we still hit Topgolf every summer and make the best memories doing it.
From baby swings to full‑power drives — this place has been part of our family story for a decade.
, thanks for being our go‑to summer tradition.
