This home owner really wanted a dishwasher but had no prior installation or cabinet space. No problem! We built a custom box, stained and put a couple coats of polyurethane on top to match the cabinets and floor. Hardwired a new dedicated circuit, and ran new plumbing along with a new garbage disposal.

Edit: came back to move the upper outlet into the upper cabinet and mounted his microwave, forgot to take a picture. It happens.

Customer called saying their drop ceiling was coming down. Turns out the soffit built to hide the HVAC was separating and tearing down the drop ceiling grid with it. They requested the 22’x5’ soffit be replaced as well as upgrade all 9 light trouphers to LED. Replace the grid and all tiles and add a fresh coat of paint. As always they were taken care of!

Started the year off right with some updates for this customer! New countertop and faucet with a breakfast bar and a top cabinet for coffee cups and such. Beam accent made the kitchen room stand out! Added some floating shelves around the tv that got mounted in the living room!

When you love what you do, you’ll never works day in your life. Customer wanted to turn a hot tub room into a playroom as they had a second new addition coming. Updates on the bathrooms and painting for the playroom!

We had a customer call about a tub leaking down into kitchen. We removed and replaced the bad drain and overflow system with gaskets, and we added an access panel for future work. We were requested no paint for panel since it’s in a closet and to prep the ceiling for future painting! On to the next job!
