Why does my face look so weird?? Because I’m flat on my back after a killer workout. 💪

But I’m so so happy. Monday was rough, Tuesday was barely better. I could have let it keep me down (6 months ago I would have), but today is a new day!

I got to decorate a cake 🍰 for the CUTEST one year old, loved on my big kids, helped multiple people with their health goals, saw some friends, ate some healthy food (and some frosting 😋), and the day isn’t over yet.

Every hour is a new hour. Let’s make it great. ❤️

What’s your favorite form of self care?
When I first heard about this “self care” thing I thought it meant massages and chocolate.... and it CAN, but it also means caring for ourselves so we don’t feel like our battery is consistently low (or empty 😳).
Enjoy your treat, meditate, pray, take the walk, sneak out to lunch with that friend you haven’t seen in forever, or snuggle 5 extra minutes with a sleepy baby!!
This morning I went to Squad Fitness even though I kinda didn’t want to. Then I scrolled my social media and enjoyed every minute. Now I feel refreshed and ready to take on another day of virtual school!

Last night I was feeling SO anxious. School starts tomorrow for the kids, people kept texting to ask for stuff, I’m trying to pass a class, etc. and everything just felt like too much. But I got up and came to workout this morning .training and magically 😇 it all just melted away. Gonna take on the day and win!! You can too! Do one thing for you today!

Funny story. Last Wednesday I skipped the gym because I was absolutely exhausted. I physically could not MOVE 😅. So I decided Wednesday would be my rest day! Fast forward to today and I’m expecting to feel the same... except I don’t. Only one week at and I am itching to get to the gym. It’s crazy what a little time and effort can do. So if you’re not sure what to do or how to do it, reach out. And start today! Because a week from now you’ll be happy you did!
