The vision is officially starting to come to life. Drywall is going up, classrooms are being mapped out, and the ceiling grid is being installed as we continue building a space designed with purpose.
It’s exciting to finally walk through the future classrooms and see each space take shape. We cannot wait to welcome our founding families later this year.

Students explored the life cycle of a flower through differentiated activities, building early science understanding while strengthening fine motor skills and creativity. Our ladybug crafts added another layer of hands-on engagement and fun.

Big emotions are a normal part of early childhood, but how we respond to them makes all the difference.
Instead of shutting feelings down, help your child understand them. When children learn to name their emotions, they begin to manage them.
At RSA, using the Second Step social-emotional curriculum allows for intentional teaching of emotional awareness, helping children build confidence and self-control.

One of the most effective ways to encourage positive behavior is to be specific with your praise.
Instead of a general “good job,” try saying exactly what your child did well. This helps them understand what behavior to repeat.
Consistency matters. The more children hear and feel that their positive choices are noticed, the more those behaviors become habits.
At Right Start Academy, we focus on building these habits every day through intentional guidance and encouragement.
