The UNM-Gallup Bookstore will be closed for inventory from Wednesday, June 24, through Tuesday, June 30.

The Bookstore will return to normal business hours on Wednesday, July 1.

The UNM-Gallup campus will be closed Friday, June 19, in observance of Juneteenth. The campus will reopen Monday, June 22.

‼️Need help with your FAFSA? UNM-Gallup Financial Aid will host a 2026-2027 FAFSA filing event on Saturday, June 27, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Financial Aid Office in the Student Services Technology Center building. This event is open to all students.

Join us for a hands-on Printing Workshop at Zollinger Library presented by CENTER. The workshop will be on Thursday, June 25, at 1 p.m.

Creatives of all levels will learn to produce fine-art inkjet prints through this workshop. Topics include paper selection, color management, file preparation, archival printing practices, and professional print workflows.

The University of New Mexico-Gallup hosted a retirement reception for Chancellor Dr. Sabrina Ezzell in the Gurley Hall Commons on Wednesday, June 10. Ezzell retires at the end of June after 19 years of service to UNM.

The event featured several speakers, including UNM Provost and Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs Barbara Rodriguez. Dean of Instruction John Zimmerman and Nursing Director Jonathan Lumibao presented Ezzell with a plaque bestowing her with the title of chancellor emerita.

Staff and family hiked the UNM-Gallup Outdoor Fitness Trail on Saturday, June 13, and took lots of nature photos. Today, we're sharing their photos and crafting inside the Zollinger Library atrium from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday, June 15.
