Celebrating 45 Years! Join us December 4–6, 2026, in Gallup, NM for the Red Rock Balloon Rally—New Mexico’s Premier Ballooning Event.
Enjoy daily mass ascensions, evening balloon glows, and Native American dancers.
Glow in the Rocks was nothing short of extraordinary. For a few unforgettable hours, ballooning culture and Native American culture came together in a way that exists nowhere else in the world.
Watching the balloons glow alongside powerful Native American dancers was moving, meaningful, and truly special. We had an amazing time, already miss it, and are incredibly grateful to everyone who helped bring this night to life.
Thank you to the pilots, crew, dancers, partners, and community who shared this moment with us. We’re already looking ahead to next year.

As we close the skies on another unforgettable Red Rock Balloon Rally, our hearts are completely full. Watching the balloons rise, the friendships deepen, the laughter, the early mornings, and the shared magic reminded us why this event is so special.
To our pilots, crews, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, families, and every single guest who showed up with wonder in their eyes—thank you. You are the soul of this rally. Your support, kindness, and energy make this more than an event… you make it a family.
We are beyond grateful for each of you and already smiling at the thought of doing it all again. Until next year—safe travels, blue skies, and may your days ahead be filled with adventure.

As the sun rises one last time on an unforgettable weekend, we invite you to join us for our final Mass Ascension at 7:30 AM, followed by Brunch at 10:00 AM—a perfect way to close out an incredible celebration of flight, community, and color in the sky.
