Inspiration

Sometimes we stumble into sin, and are knee-deep in a mess before we even realize it. Other times, we rush headlong into sin, deliberately and intentionally. When we surrender to God’s rule and ask Him to guide and guard our hearts, He has the power to release us from the sins that rule over our thinking and our actions.
Prayer

Father,
I confess the times that I have ignored Your word, turned my back on Your truth, and welcomed sin with open arms. I do not wish to be ruled by my sins, my weaknesses, and my selfish ambitions. Please take Your place on the throne of my heart, so that Your love and holiness may rule in my thoughts, and that I may be made blameless in You. In Jesus’ name,
