Save the date for our Institute in Gallup on Sept. 23–25! Institutes are 3 days of hands-on learning, collaboration and inspiration in one of New Mexico’s designated MainStreet districts as a learning lab.

We hope you can join us tomorrow! This exciting event will feature 100 classic cars on a race across Route 66. Gallup is their Thursday stop. The public is invited for this event to welcome to racers and show off our community's hospitality and Mother Road spirit. This event is free and open to the public. There will also be bread baking in the hornos, Indigenous dances, tours and lectures. This is a can't miss event!

11:25 a.m. - Arrival Ceremony: Flag ceremony, national anthem, and dignitaries
11:40 a.m. - Race vehicles will begin arriving two per minute
2:40 p.m. - Last Car Departs

Members of the public should utilize free downtown parking or use First Street to enter the parking lot on the west side of the Gallup Cultural Center. The Enchilada Lady will be on-site for the public.
