Feeling stretched thin as we move towards the fullest light of Summer?

This Friday June 19th, we're gathering for Summer Solstice ~ an invite to expand your capacity to sit with that light, remind yourself of the radiant power you hold, and settle in community~

If you’ve been needing a reminder to breathe again, and enjoy simple presence...this is it.

Together we will explore yoga/movement practices aligned with the season ○ share breathwork practices to deepen into the body while regulating our nervous systems ○
Spend time amongst nature, practice mindfulness, and craft a suncatchers while we sip Sun tea in community.

No experience needed... just a willingness to be present.

Our Youth Art classes are picking up for the season and I cant wait to see what we make together!

Each class is unique- fostering confidence, self expression, motor and social skills ~ while learning about Nature! In May we explored pastels, this month we are back with acrylics and dragonflies!

We have a few spaces for your children this June, with classes open through September.
