Hey y'all. Just a heads up I'm still taking orders on dumpling but I'm going to be working alot of overtime at work. That being said I can still get to you but it maybe later or on the weekend depending on my schedule.

Long post but this is how it works How are payment cards funded and what do I do if items need to be replaced or skipped?
When your client places an order in the dumpling app a $20 hold is placed on their credit card and your Boss card 💳 will then be funded.
You will begin to shop 🛒 the order like normal. If/when you need to make replacements, skip items that are out of stock, or even add additional requested items you don't need to do anything to the list in the app. Simply communicate any changes with your client. Pick up the items needed (or skip them) and swipe the Boss card at the register like normal. Your clients will only be charged based of the total you will see at the register.
When you finish shopping the order you will upload your receipt(s) 🧾 and charge your client/close the order. The client is charged the total price of the groceries and the fees (+ tip) that you have set for that particular store (they may also be charged the 5% platform fee depending on if you are choosing to pass that fee onto your client).
THE $20 HOLD ON THEIR CARD WILL BE REMOVED WHEN THE ORDER IS CLOSED OR CANCELLED. THIS CAN TAKE UP TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS.
