The Frequency Factory is a studio based out of Galena, Ohio that opened in November of 2010. It is located inside an airplane hangar on 9 acres.
The Frequency Factory is run by Jeffrey Martin, engineer and professional drummer who produces and plays with a musician's mindset. How do we keep things so affordable? We are family owned and operated, and we own 100% of our equipment; therefore, no rental fees or operating costs. Our sound starts with our isolation rooms. Super proud of Colly on their first single release. We had the awesome opportunity to spend 5 weeks in our studio with these guys last year. They did 10 songs and it turned out to be one of our favorite projects we've ever worked on. The link to the official music video and release via is on their page. Please give it a listen. Thanks to some in depth super scientific research conducted by Brian Douglas Day, we have been tracking acoustic guitar in our lobby because it sounds real nice. Here is a shot of Matty Monk giving some stank face while cutting some acoustic on one of his new tunes a few weeks ago. Both of these gents have songs coming out that we worked on this spring. If your into this sort of thing catch them both on the same bill March 10th @ The Basement (Columbus).
