Last week we slowed down a bit to enjoy a little rest following such a fun and charged end of our last chapter. But it's time to grind and get us all back together.

The transition team has been hard at work prepping for all the excitement headed your way!

The whole Saints row team (now owners) is super pumped to get back to seeing you soon, be sure to keep your eyes peeled for updates and information as it becomes available.

Thank you for it all! One chapter closes, and another pours on.
These walls have held years of memories, laughter, late nights, and countless beers shared with friends who became family. While one era of this brewery comes to an end, we’re proud to keep the taps flowing as it’s taken over by the very staff who helped make it feel like home all along.

Same heart. Same community. New beginning. ❤️

🍻What a weekend! There were tears of sadness that quickly transformed into tears of joy. Memories shared, and memories made. Thank you to everyone who came out to help us close a chapter on Saints Row. And celebrate Tony, Lacy, and the rest of the family and the amazing legacy they have built. We can’t wait to share the next chapter with you all… page by page. Exciting things to come for our amazing community.

There are plenty of things to be said, most of which I hope to share with you personally, and one on one. However in reflecting on tonight, a few words I feel are worth sharing with you all here:

Tonight was the culmination of nearly a decades long journey. A decade where the bulk of my waking hours were spent doing this work, worrying about this work, thinking about and stressing about this work. Most of my waking hours you all were on my mind, how best to serve you, your feedback, and being mindful of each and every one of you in an intentional and intimate way.

This is work, that tonight comes to a close.

I know the weeks and months ahead are going to be difficult. For my body, my very being have been so engrained to the rhythm and seasons of what we've built and it's demands. My body and my will are going to fight against the slower pace, fight the uncertainty of less preoccupation and stillness.

I will ache... for the quiet which lies ahead rings louder than all the pains and stress of the constant labor and fatigue which has now passed.

Yet, there are no regrets. This last decade has been nothing short of a life giving miracle to me and my family.

It, along with you all, has taught me, among other things; patience, kindness, caring, fortitude, and most of all hope.

A hope learned in the friendships and challenges we've faced alone and together. A hope learned in silent gratitude for undeserved companionship, camaraderie, and mutual affection. A hope which does not disappoint, as it is rooted in truth and love.

A hope, which from here, brightens all the days which lie ahead and give us much to look forward to.

I am eternally grateful and indebted to these last 9+ years, for which you all have made a truly wonderful and meaningful experience.

Horchata Oat Ale (6%)

I've always tried to pay my respects to my family and heritage, and to find ways to bring that to you all.

To honor my upbringing, my family, my formation.

A lot of that has been in celebrating the unique taste and flavors of Central America, the culture, the people.

This beer is that.

A chance to represent mis raices, and bridge an unrepresented gap in our industry.

Horchata is a warm, comforting drink. Calls to mind home, cross generation connections, and open hospitality. Taking in a stranger, offering them comfort and peace.

All ideals we've hoped to embody here at Saints.

Tapping this horchata oat ale today in honor of my first costumers, mis Papitos, who have been the corner stone of our family, and an origin for the immeasurable good we've learned and strived to emulate.

SO... the deets:
Flaked oat/wheat blend blonde. A dash of honey malt.
Finished with toasted almond, cinnamon, and Madagascar vanilla.

When you raise a pint, remember Los Papitos! Here and waiting.
