Positions Available: Sr. Medical Recruiter

RRI is looking for an ambitious, motivated medical staff recruiter to join its team to fulfill resource needs for various government, non-government and commercial contracts.
Responsibilities:

• Perform recruitment functions including, sourcing, salary negotiations, credentialing, and on-boarding of new employees

• Creatively network and use social media to contact/search for applicants
• Aggressively purse both active and passive candidates
• Search job boards
• Harvest a qualified pipeline of candidates in Application Tracking System
• Attend local and regional job fairs to meet applicants face-to-face

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 2-3 years of medical recruitment and credentialing experience
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of recruitment as demonstrated through previous recruitment experience. This includes proven experience and success analyzing recruitment needs, formulating strategy to meet needs, and implementing strategies/plans
• Ability to source for 20 -30 open positions depending on client requirements
• Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong Team player
• Proficient with MS office, emailing and ability to adapt to new recruitment tools and technologies
