Working on the jab. Try this exercise to improve footwork and punching mechanics. Push off the back leg and shoot the jab.
Kettlebell clean to goblet squat with a burpee. Try this if you really want to challenge yourself.
Hanging knees to elbows. Very difficult, but great for ab work.
Sumo deadlifts with two 70 lbs kettle bells.
TRX Sundays at 9:00 AM. Be there.
Lisa Cohen Roberts doing rear foot elevated split squats. Great for quad and glute development while challenging your balance.
Lateral walks with mini bands is a great way to activate the glute muscles before a hard workout. Comcast employees putting in work.

The difference between chin ups and pull ups: for pull ups, your palms face out and your hands are outside shoulder width. Pull ups are great for transforming your back.
