Our workouts consist of sets that focus on developing swimmers sprinting and racing ability.

What a great way to finish off before the pool is closed! A clinic designed to perfect sculling. Sculling is essential within swimming and helps swimmers develop a fantastic feel for the water. While we are very sad to hear the pools are closing in the area, we hope that you and your families take care in the coming weeks and that we see you when we return!
