It is a popular Chinese dessert soup that is not only delicious but also believed to have various health benefits. Tremella, also known as snow mushroom or white fungus, is a type of edible fungus known for its jelly-like texture and potential health-promoting properties. When combined with goji berries and dates, it creates a nutritious and sweet dessert soup.
