Lavender Ridge Farms

We’ve had our eyes on the lavender suspecting a later bloom time than the normal early June bloom. However, it doesn’t look like there will be blooms due to the extremely mild winter we experienced this past winter. Chilling hours during the winter have shown us to be pertinent to a good show of blooms. We will continue to monitor for any evidence of spikes emerging and will post if we see them.
This weekend we have a nice selection of perennials and annuals for your garden including 6 different hardy hibiscus, El Niño Chitalpas, Volcano Bush (Lespedeza) and many more. Come out and have a peaceful lunch under the canopy of trees, check out the gift shop and nursery. Visit the lemurs and stroll the butterfly garden too!

We have new hardy hibiscus in pinks and solid white including Watermelon Ruffles! Our five year old Plumerias will make a tropical statement for your patio/poolside. Lots more to to see.

We have a beautiful three days ahead for a visit to Lavender Ridge. We have lots of lavender plants, herbs, flowering annuals and perennials.
We have volcano bush in 10” pots as well as El Niño Chitalpas!! Delicious lunches in the cafe followed with dessert is a must for your visit. 😊

Happy Friday! Come enjoy nature with us this weekend. The nursery is full of herbs, perennials and annuals waiting to be popped in your gardens. 5 feet tall plumeria are available! These plants are great for containers and smell divine when blooming. Lemur family, chickens, baby goats and more to check out. The cafe is getting lunch ready as I’m typing.
