I may not be Garth Brooks, but I do know a thing or two about food worth gathering around.
This week’s special is the Pizza Alfredo.
We start with our house-made dough from imported Italian 00 flour, then layer on mozzarella, house-made Alfredo, oven-roasted chicken breast, garlic, and perfectly charred broccoli. We finish it the V Pizza way with Pecorino Romano, oregano, and EVOO, then cook it in our 900-degree wood-fired ovens.
Creamy, garlicky, and charred around the edges in all the right places.

A half-pound American Wagyu burger is a pretty good reason to look forward to Monday.
Which is why every Burger Monday starts with a half-pound American Wagyu patty from Booth Creek Ranch, a family-owned ranch in the Flint Hills of Kansas raising some of the finest American Wagyu cattle in the country.
Because our obsession with quality doesn’t stop at pizza.
If we’re going to put a burger on the menu, it better be a burger we’re proud to serve. So we sear every patty in wagyu tallow, finish it in our wood-fired ovens, and build from there.

Brisket, chuck, and short rib seared in wagyu tallow, finished in our wood-fired ovens, then stacked with New School American, applewood-smoked bacon, caramelized red onions, and a drizzle of Lillie’s SMOKY BBQ sauce.

I’m a father, so I’m writing this post on Father’s Day weekend to set a few things straight:
1. We are hard on you because we want you to succeed and be quality adults.
2. When we discipline you and see you cry, there is a good chance that we leave your room and go to our room to cry too.
3. At times, you may look at us like we are Superman, and when you do, it gives us a feeling that is indescribable.
4. We would die for you without question. When you are hurt or in pain, we would do anything to take that pain from you. The first thing we pray for at night, wish for when throwing a penny in a fountain, or hope for right before we blow out our birthday candles is for you to be healthy and safe.
5. Some dads work a lot, get stressed a lot, and do things you will never know to provide the best we can for the family. But never forget, 99% of what we do is for you, even if you don’t connect those dots yet.
Today is Father’s Day weekend, and on behalf of all the fathers out there, I want you to know that there is no title in life more important than the title of DAD!

Most pizza is designed to make you full, not happy. Heavy dough. Processed toppings. Ingredients chosen for cost, not quality.
We’re not most pizza.
We don’t use bleached or enriched flour. We don’t add sugar to our dough or sauces. We don’t mess around with the gross stuff: GMOs, preservatives, nitrates, or nitrites.
What we do is import the best ingredients Italy has to offer, and when something doesn’t come from Italy, we hold it to the same standard, doing everything possible to match that level of quality. Every meal, every time.
And this week’s special is no exception.
The Layla’s Vodka Classica.
The perfect example of that standard. The dough is made fresh every day with imported Italian “00” flour, milled so fine it practically melts in your hands, so it bakes up soft at the center and crisp at the edge.
The vodka sauce is a family recipe—rich, silky, and never touched by added sugar.
