Heartwood Soundstage is serving up a fabulously fierce Gainesville Pride Month “KICK”OFF!
Join us Sunday, June 14th from 4–8 p.m. for a joy-packed afternoon featuring an adult kickball scrimmage hosted by Stonewall Sports GNV & Q***r Sports GNV, all-ages field day fun with Theatre Connect & Camp Silver, a sun-kissed tea dance and juicy drink specials on Heartwood’s patio bar!
Everyone is welcome!
Suggested donation: $5+ at the gate supports event costs and scholarships for Stonewall Sports GNV.

Join us for our monthly LGBTQ+ Senior Group gathering at Muñecas Taco Bar (317 SW 4th Ave) on Saturday, June 13 at 1 PM. It’s a friendly space to connect with others, share stories, and enjoy lunch together. Whether you’re a regular or joining us for the first time, you’ll find an easygoing atmosphere and good company waiting for you. We look forward to spending time together.

Q***r Barn Dancing: Come Celebrate Pride "All Y'all" Style!
Saturday, June 13, 6-9 PM at The Lynx Books.
Join The Lynx and All Y'all, featuring expert local contra caller Ang DeCarlis (they/them), for a night of q***r joy and barn dancing. No previous experience necessary! Attendees will also get 10% off all café purchases during the event.

Space at The Lynx is limited and tickets are expected to sell out. You can pre-order online at the Lynx Books event page. Tickets are available on a sliding scale ($10, $15, or $20) to help cover the cost of the space and live music. This event is NOTAFLOF (No One Turned Away For Lack Of Funds); if you need pricing assistance to reserve your spot, please reach out directly to The Lynx.

You called, they answered. Gainesville’s favorite queens .gration_ and take the stage for a night of sequins, sass, and show-stopping performances under the stars.

🪩 9–10 PM — BIG GAY DANCE PARTY
closes out the night with nothing but certified q***r anthems. The beer garden becomes a dance floor.

All day long, sip on a First Magnitude Fierce Hazy IPA 🍺 and grab some brand new pride merch while you’re at it. 🌈

And because community is everything we do at First Magnitude, donate $10 or more to the and get a wristband good for $1 off full pours all day long. Every dollar goes toward supporting the well-being and visibility of LGBTQ+ people right here in North Central Florida. 🏳️‍🌈

PFLAG works to promote the health and well-being of LGBTQ+ persons, their families, and friends. The group meets on the 2nd Monday of the Month. Our next meeting is scheduled for June 8th at 7 PM. Since the Pride Center is currently between locations, the United Church of Gainesville has kindly offered us a temporary space. Join us at 1624 NW 5th Ave. Meetings are informal with an opportunity to talk, have refreshments and see our resources. Everyone is welcome.

In celebration of Pride Month, The Lynx will donate 10% of sales from our featured LGBTQ+ titles to the library at the Pride Community Center of North Central Florida.

The Pride Library, which relies on donations, has over 1,000 books for LGBTQ people of all ages, plus parents, teachers, and clinicians. The library features both fiction and nonfiction titles and includes many banned books that can’t be found at the public library or school libraries
