Ansleigh is an intern with War Eagle TV, where she spends her time creating content and managing projects for the school-based enterprise. She is currently learning and practicing the skills necessary to succeed in the Audio and Video Industry, with a career goal of becoming a video editor.

We’re so impressed by Ansleigh’s initiative and drive to start building her skills and experience in this field so early in her career journey. Congratulations, Ansleigh!

It’s XC STATE WEEK! Make sure you congratulate your Lady War Eagles for qualifying to represent Chestatee High School and Hall County School District on the State Stage. Even though we only get to run 7, all 10 of these ladies train together and put in the work to bring success to their team and Chestatee. On Friday we will send them off to Carrollton!

Help CHS Students win the Crosley Custom Cruiser Contest!

Here’s how it works:
Voters can vote once per day per region through Friday, Nov. 7th. The winner of each region will move on to the finals round, which will be judged by a team at Crosley.

Each like on a social media post about your school’s Cruiser counts as bonus votes toward your final total.

Congratulations to our seven CHS Chorus students who were selected for All-State Reading Choir, a prestigious sight reading choir where only 100 students in the state are selected. This is an incredible honor and we are so proud of these students and Mrs. Bassett!

Our Seniors and staff had the most fun dressing up today!

Today was our first Lit on the Lawn, which was held indoors due to the weather. Students in ELA came in the learning commons to grab a book, to get a snack, and to get comfortable reading a great book! Thank you to Mrs. Truelove for bringing Lit on the Lawn to CHS!

The rain didn’t stop us! Yesterday was a great day for CHS students. While 10th graders took the PSAT, freshmen committed to graduate and our upperclassmen went on college visits. Here are just a few pictures from yesterday’s trips.
