Our teriyaki salad with red and green leaf lettuce, cucumbers, carrots, rice, crispy baked tofu and cilantro! Add your favorite teriyaki dressing and you’ve got a delicious salad!

I marinated the tofu in liquid aminos or you could use soy sauce, and garlic powder! Baked in oven at 450 degrees for 40 mins. If you have an air fryer, you can cut the cooking time in half!

Vegan Burger

This sandwich features a black bean burger patty with a slice of vegan cheese. I usually make my own cheese sauce, but sometimes, I’ve got too much to do!

I added a thick slice of tomato, red onion and a huge handful of clover 🍀sprouts! Wrapped in about 1/3 of a head of iceberg lettuce. With homemade ketchup and cashew “mayonnaise” that I had on hand.

I did not miss the bun on this one!

Super simple too, all the work is in prepping the veggies! Toss soup ingredients into the vitamix and 💥 SOUP!

Fresh Cold-pressed Pineapple Green Juice! 🍍

Recipe:
Pineapple x 8 lbs (~2🍍)
Cucumber x 3 lbs (~6 🥒)
Celery x 1.5 lbs (1 large stalk)
Spinach x 1-1.5 lbs

This recipe yields ~1 Gallon of juice! ✨
When you are making juice for the whole family, you may need larger batches. It can be difficult finding the right ratio of ingredients. But when you do, you know!

Summer salad last night! So juicy and so sweet! Featuring dragonfruit, papaya, strawberries and mangoes! Add some sprouts and sliced colorful bell peppers and voila! I added a tiny bit of olive oil and lemon juice to dress.

Juice Family!

When we go out to play disc golf we love bringing our fresh cold pressed watermelon 🍉 juice along! Such a wonderful way to stay hydrated in this swampy wonderland called Florida!

Family time is my favorite time! Having fun and working together is imperative for a brighter future.

BANANAS!

Bananas are a staple in our raw vegan diet. When they start get lots of speckles, I peel and freeze them to make nice cream , smoothies or smoothie bowls. I also dehydrate them to make delicious banana dongs !

I also use the peels to make a yummy fertilizer for our garden 🪴.
Just soak the peels in water for about a week and water your plants! They’ll love you for it!
