Hey friends! It’s been a while, but I’m so excited to be back making homemade treats again!

Rebranding my business, Lay Lay Bakes✨

For those who don’t know, I have always had a love for baking. In middle school, I started catering desserts from my home and would love to serve my community again👩‍🍳

As a busy momma of 2 little boys, my sonshines, I’ll mostly be “by order only” with the occasional surprise flash sale! I’ll post a menu soon of staple items, but the possibilities are endless🧁

All baked goods are 100% gluten-free and made with love💛 Living with an autoimmune disease where gluten is the main trigger, means gluten is off the table for me and can’t take the risks. I’m dedicated to show you that doesn’t mean flavor is lacking though! I’ve been perfecting recipes that are safe for me (and for anyone else who shares the struggle of finding tasty, gluten free options) while still being just as decadent and delicious as you remember. I’ve dabbled in dairy free, sugar free, etc as well. If you have an allergy, you will not feel left out here.
