Hello everyone! I am sad to announce that next week will be our last week at the market. As the business has become more successful I've realized that it's taking me more and more away from some time-sensitive priorities (i.e. my baby) and so it is with a very heavy heart that I make this decision, even knowing it's the right one. Someday I will be back with a vengeance! But in the meantime, this page will remain active as I'll still accept special orders of at least 25 or so macarons. Flavors posted next Monday...

hello everyone! after realizing this is the last wednesday before easter i thought i would celebrate with FIVE lovely spring-y flavors this week: local grapefruit+candied ginger, organic raspberry, pistachio with a touch of rosewater, vanilla and organic mint from Rosie's Organic Farm, and delightful firstoftheseason fresh blueberry with local honey and lavender. im bringing along a just few of these packaged in little baskets that would make perfect easter gifts... prettier than easter eggs AND more delicious :) also expect madeleines, financiers, caneles, and best of all, ARMADILLO CHOCOLATES with tasty handmade treats!

Madeleines lightly glazed with lemon and vanilla. Note the pronounced hump- a telltale sign of a well made madeleine :) come and get em!
