We use BEEF TALLOW! Lots of people ask how is our fried chicken is so good, we only put beef tallow in the deep fryer. We also hand bread each hand-cut Springer Mountain chicken breast. We also make our own flour and spice mixture to bread those hand-cut all white meat chicken breasts, after we dip them in buttermilk of course. We also do this every time you order them, never frozen, never par cooked. So you can decide which part you think makes them the best, but that’s how we do it every time.
