I want to say thank you to Gary for the tremendously helpful and great service he provided to me.
He answered the phone immediately when I first called and went straight to action.

When I called him back later that early evening, he answered and worked with my computer and me for 4 hours until we got the issues resolved.

His follow up was tremendous, he followed up the next morning and cleaned up and fixed all the bugs that were needed to be fixed.

He demonstrated patience, and perseverance as it took quite a while to resolve the issues. He did a fantastic job and I trust him to work on my computer anytime.
