📚🍑 SLAR Novel Study Fun! 🍑📚

During the last few weeks in Mrs. Hernandez’s SLAR class, students completed a novel study of James and the Giant Peach! 🌟

Throughout this experience, students had the opportunity to:

☀️ Read outside
✏️ Answer comprehension questions
🧳 Create travel brochures inviting others to visit the giant peach
🎬 Watch the movie adaptation
🎨 Design creative mini museums inspired by the characters from the story

This engaging unit helped students strengthen their reading and writing skills while also building teamwork, creativity, and communication. It was a fun and meaningful learning experience for everyone! 🐾❤️

What an AWESOME Talent Show we had this week! 🌟🎤

Our students truly amazed us with their courage, creativity, and incredible talents! From singing and dancing to comedy, music, and unique performances, every act brought so much energy and excitement to the stage.

We are so proud of all of the students who participated and shared their talents with us. Thank you to everyone who helped make the show such a fun and memorable event! 💙💛

What a PBIS Palooza we had today! 🎉☀️

Our students had SO much fun enjoying bounce houses, soccer, tug of war, art activities, face painting, musical chairs, the concession stand, and so much more! From laughter and teamwork to creativity and school spirit, it was an amazing day filled with smiles and memories!

Thank you to everyone who helped make this event such a success for our students. We loved celebrating all of their hard work and positive behavior! 💙💛
