Fall is here 🍁! The air is crisp & cool, pumpkin spice is in abundance everywhere. It's the perfect time for our annual pumpkin carving contest.
Circa Properties residents have a chance to win a $50 gift card by submitting a photo of your pumpkin creation with you at your apartment.
Entries need to be submitted by October 25th for us to review and choose a winner.

Welcome home all our Circa Properties new residents!
Our final & biggest move in day is tomorrow! Please remember Looking Glass residents to have utilities in your name, complete the parking registration form, pay your rent, and bring photo ID at check-in! Only one tenant per unit is needed at check in. We will see you all at NOON tomorrow!
Happy New Year everyone! We wanted to share this amazing collaboration we had with the IKEA Jacksonville team on furnishing one of our recently renovated medium studios at Looking Glass Apartments. Our property manager Nadiah was able to use her background in Interior Design to layout the open space into three distinct areas.
