Today is Ashlee's 7-year workiversary! 🥳

Every year, a group of PHOS team members commits to something that goes well beyond their job description.

This year, that group included Jacq, Anna, Ben, Harlie, Mike, Jaime, and Lizzy. Over the past several months, they showed up, leaned in, and did the kind of work that doesn't always show up in a deliverable: learning to lead themselves well.

They recently celebrated finishing Year 1 of our Leadership Development Program (LDP) together over dinner. We've gotten to witness a team that is genuinely invested in each other's growth. 💛

Here's what the program meant to them in their own words:

"The program reflects how deeply PHOS cares about developing its team members, bringing decades of leadership wisdom together into a few focused months. LDP is demanding, but deeply worthwhile."

One year with Jacq, and we honestly can't imagine the team without him. 🎉

Known around the office as the "Jacq of all Trades," Jacq touches just about every corner of what makes PHOS run, from finance and administration to HR and team leadership. What stands out about Jacq isn't just the range of what he does, it's the way he does it. He has a gift for removing friction, creating clarity, and bringing a quiet steadiness to the work that everyone around him feels. His passion for stewardship, integrity, and simplicity shows up every single day, and PHOS is a better place because of it.

Outside of PHOS, you can find him listening to theology and business podcasts or cooking with his wife and two daughters. 🎧👨‍🍳

One year with Anna, and it genuinely feels like she's been part of this team for much longer!

Anna's warmth shows up in the way she works with clients, the way she shows up for her teammates, and the way she makes the people around her feel seen. She brings that same care to search marketing, approaching every strategy with as much curiosity about people as she does about data. 💛

Outside of work, you can find Anna all over the world. Whether that's paddling a hidden Florida spring, booking a flight somewhere new, or convincing the whole group to stay for one more round of game night.
