Frameous Eyes is seeking an Associate Optometric Physician/ Optometrist for full time or part time work with flexible scheduling and pay. We are located inside Target in Gainesville, FL. Gainesville is a great place to live with lots of activities in the area including restaurants/dining, museums, nature trails, sports and other outdoor activities. Having a nationally ranked university with nationally ranked sports definitely adds to the experience and the amount you can do locally. Our patient base is friendly, loyal and continue to refer patients based on our excellent exams, efficiency, customer service and overall experience. We have a great reputation in the community and strive to maintain our name. We provide a full range of eye care services including contact lenses, some medical services and comprehensive eye exams. Our practice has friendly and efficient Optometric Technicians and a great relationship with the Target Optical staff. Both are great about assisting our patients. We have a modern store that uses modern technology: Marco/ Nidek RT-5100 digital refraction suite with matching pretest equipment setup and Optos Monaco retinal imaging with included OCT. Qualifications
Expertise in conducting eye exams and diagnosing vision issues
Skill in prescribing corrective lenses and managing pre- and post-operative care
Proficiency in using optometric diagnostic equipment and tools
Excellent patient-care skills, including patient education and communication
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school
Active state optometry license in Florida
Experience in a clinical setting or retail is preferred
