Humility involves the readiness to acknowledge the truth—not only about your strengths but also about your weaknesses.

In a training context, humility means recognizing your current position instead of pretending to be at a different level. It embodies being open to coaching, learning from your mistakes, and realizing that true growth starts where ego diminishes.

In our day to day, humility enables us to listen, adapt, and keep learning. It serves as a reminder that none of us have all the answers.

Humility isn't about undervaluing yourself; rather, it is about having an honest perspective of who you are.

Courage is not the absence of fear.
It's moving forward despite it.

Courage is attempting the lift that intimidates you. It's scaling when your ego wants otherwise. It's being willing to fail in front of others because growth matters more than comfort.

Outside the gym, courage looks much the same. It's having difficult conversations. Taking responsibility. Choosing what is right over what is easy.

Most meaningful things in life require a degree of risk.
Courage doesn't guarantee success.

It simply ensures that fear isn't the thing making your decisions.

It isn't intensity. It isn't motivation. It's consistency.

In training, discipline is showing up when the excitement is gone. It's sticking to the process when progress feels slow. It's choosing what serves your goals over what satisfies you in the moment.

Outside the gym, discipline is what keeps promises alive. It's what helps you stay committed when life gets busy, stressful, or uncertain.

Anyone can act when they feel inspired.
Discipline is what carries you when inspiration leaves.

And over time, it becomes the bridge between who you are and who you're capable of becoming.

Congrats to our May Committed Club 🥳

Consistency is the key to success and we had 31 athletes who prioritized their health by getting to 12+ classes in the month of May!

If you’re trying to eat healthy but still aren’t seeing the results you want, you might be focusing on the wrong thing.

One of the biggest mistakes I see people make is thinking they just need to eat less.

Less calories.
Less carbs.
Less snacks.
Less everything.

But eating less isn’t always the answer.

The truth is, your body needs fuel. It needs protein, carbohydrates, healthy fats, and foods that actually provide nutrients—not just foods that fit into a calorie goal.

We get so caught up in labels like low-calorie, sugar-free, keto, high-protein, and all the other nutrition buzzwords that we forget to focus on the basics.

Are you eating foods that help you feel energized, recovered, and satisfied?
