25 years later, we remember 9/11 as if it was yesterday. We’ll never forget the 343 firefighters who lost their lives in service to their community on that day.
We’re deeply saddened for the families who have been forever changed since. We hope that you feel the warmth and support of this country’s embrace today, and every day 🇺🇸

Meet Kevin MacLean, our solutions representative!
After starting as a civilian firefighter, Kevin served in the US Air Force Fire & Emergency Services, ultimately earning a leadership role as battalion chief in the aftermath of a Category 5 Hurricane that nearly wiped out Tyndall Air Force Base.
His field experience, combined with strong communication skills, allows him to effectively translate real-world firefighter needs into practical solutions at EaseAlert.
Why did Kevin join EaseAlert?
“Joining EaseAlert was a no-brainer. After spending 7 years in the fire service, I knew I wanted to continue working in the industry where I gained Fire Officer-level experience and hold genuine passion.
What drew me to EaseAlert specifically was that our system serves purposes far beyond the bare minimum of notifying responders.”
What is Kevin’s favorite firehouse tradition?
“My favorite firehouse tradition is shift dinner. There’s just something about the firehouse kitchen that brings out some of the most outrageous conversations and the best laughs you will ever have!”
What does Kevin love to do outside of fire service?
“I enjoy spending time outside and having friends over for dinner. Usually steaks & chimichuri or street tacos!”
