Good rising! From this day onwards, the days grow longer and brighter. Read our latest piece on the Frothy Blog, “Have a rejuvenating Winter Solstice,” to learn about the day our ancestors have celebrated for millennia: https://www.frothymag.com/articles/have-a-rejuvenating-winter-solstice
Draw closer to the Earth; withdraw from the bustle. Rewrite traditions with slow intentions. Watch the seasonal evolution closely, even if small. The earth fluctuates, breathing beside us.

Annnd we are back with another Frothy blog update! Today’s spotlight is on our beloved . Their article topic: COMPOSTING! ♻️✨🍎🥚
“Making compost helps to reduce the amount of food waste entering landfills, and in turn, reduces the release of methane, a common greenhouse gas.
Composting enriches soil, helping to retain moisture and suppress plant diseases. It reduces the need for chemical fertilizers and encourages the production of natural bacteria and fungi that break down the food waste into hummus, the soil-like product of composting.”
Visit our website frothymag.com to read more about the benefits of composting, how to make your own compost bin and which items are safe to compost. Happy Earth-feeding! 🌍🍽
