Our patient portal is changing!

Now through September 30th, patients can continue using the current portal to send and receive messages to their SIMEDHealth team.

Beginning October 1, 2026, our current portal will not be able to receive or send new messages.

Our new patient portal launches Monday, October 5th. Patients can then register in the new portal, and again begin sending messages to, and receiving messages from their healthcare team.
